NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, That I shall sell to the highest bidders at the

Kandiyohi County Office Building, located at 400 SW Benson Avenue, in the City of Willmar in said County and State, commencing at 9:00 o'clock A.M., on the 23rd day of October, 2006, the following described parcels of land forfeited to the State for non-payment of taxes, which have been classified and appraised as provided by law. Said sale will be governed, as to terms, by the resolution of the County Board, appearing at the end of this notice.
All sales are subject to 3% tax for assurance fund, payable on total sales at time of purchase.

Resolution of County Board Authorizing and Fixing Terms of Sale
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, That the parcels of land forfeited to the State for Non-payment of taxes, appearing on the list filed with the County Auditor/Treasurer, which have been classified and re-appraised as provided by law, shall be offered for sale by the County Auditor/Treasurer, said sale to commence at 9:00 A.M., October 23, 2006, and the County Auditor/Treasurer is hereby directed to publish a notice of sale as provided by law.
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED, That these parcels of land forfeited to the State for Non-payment of taxes, may be sold on terms as follows, to-wit: at not less than the said appraised value thereof payable as follows, to-wit: not less than twenty percent (20%) of the purchase price at the time of purchase, the balance in, not to exceed (4) equal installments with interest at a rate determined pursuant to M.S.A. 549.09, if the purchase price is more than $300.00, and provided that all purchases in the amount of $300.00 or less shall be for cash at the time of purchase, and further provided, that no standing timber or other timber products shall be removed therefrom until an amount equal to the purchase price shall have been paid by the purchaser.
