NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That by virtue of a Judgment and Decree entered in the above-entitled action on August 23, 2006, a certified copy of which has been delivered to me directing the sale of the premises hereinafter described to partially or fully satisfy the amount found and adjudged due said Plaintiff in the above-entitled action from said defendants, sterling Capital, LLC and Troy Hoekstra, individually, the Sheriff of Kandiyohi County will sell at public auction, to the highest bidder for cash, on November 21, 2006 at 10:00 a.m. at the Kandiyohi County Sheriff's Department, Law Enforcement Center, 2201 - 23rd Street NE, in the City of Willmar, State of Minnesota, in said state and county, the premises and real estate described in said Judgment and Decree:
