Officials ID victim of deadly motorcycle crash

ATWATER - A 72-year-old Grove City man has been identified as the motorcyclist who died in a single-vehicle motorcycle crash Sunday morning in Atwater. Larry Johnson was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident, according to a news release from the Kandiyohi County Sheriff’s Office.
The accident was reported at 11:20 a.m. Sunday on Kandiyohi County Road 4 at the intersection County Road 26, near Diamond Lake. Johnson reportedly was traveling southbound on Kandiyohi County Road 4 when his motorcycle left the roadway and entered the ditch on the west side of the road, according to the news release.
