ATWATER - One person died late Sunday morning in a single motorcycle crash on Kandiyohi County Road 4 at the intersection of County Road 26, just northwest of Diamond Lake.
According to a report from the Kandiyohi County Sheriff's Office, the driver was driving south, left the roadway and entered the ditch on the west side of the road.
The driver was pronounced dead at the scene. The identity of the driver was not released on Sunday.
The crash is under investigation, according to the release from the Sheriff's Office.
Assisting at the scene were the Atwater Ambulance, Atwater Fire Department and Willmar Ambulance.
