One person dead after shooting in Hastings late Sunday night

HASTINGS, Minn. -- One person is dead after a shooting in Hastings late Sunday night.
Hastings officers were called on the report of shots fired.

When officers arrived, a white male in his 30s was found dead in the yard from an apparent gunshot wound.
Nobody else was injured.
Hastings police say they believe this was an isolated incident.
The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension, Hennepin County Medical Examiner and the Dakota County and Washington County Sheriff’s offices are assisting. The name of the victim is being withheld pending notification of relatives and release by the medical examiner.
