WILLMAR -- There will be an open house recognizing retiring City Attorney Rich Ronning for his 37 years of service from 2 to 4 p.m. Friday at the Fire Station meeting room.
Remarks and comments will begin at 2:15 p.m. The public is welcome to attend, said Charlene Stevens, city administrator.
