WILLMAR — Kandiyohi County will hold an open house this coming week to share information on the proposed realignment of County Roads 5 and 15 southwest of Willmar.

The open house is from 4:30 to 6 p.m. Wednesday in the multipurpose room at the Kandiyohi County Health and Human Services Building.

The event will give the public a chance to learn more about the project, ask questions and provide feedback.

The road realignment has been proposed in conjunction with the development of the railroad bypass on the west edge of Willmar. Goals include increased safety and improved traffic flow at the south end of the bypass corridor.
