Pursuant to action by the Willmar City Council at their regular meeting held on October 16, 2006, a public hearing will be held on November 6, 2006, at 7:02 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, in the Council Chambers located at the Willmar Municipal Utilities Building, 700 West Litchfield Avenue, Willmar, Minnesota.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING MUNICIPAL ORDINANCE NO. 1060, THE WILLMAR ZONING ORDINANCE
The City of Willmar does ordain as follows:
ADVERTISEMENT
SECTION 1. Zoning Change. The Zoning Ordinance and Zoning Map for the City of Willmar are hereby amended to rezone the following property from R-2 One and Two Family Residential to LB Limited Business District:
The east 200' of west 291' of south 225' of W ½ of SE ¼ of NE ¼, Section 22, Township 119, Range 35.
SECTION 2. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall be effective from and after its adoption and second publication.
