ORDINANCE NO. 1231

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 2, 3 AND 5 OF THE RATE SCHEDULE FOR USERS OF THE CITY OF WILLMAR WASTE TREATMENT PLANT.

The City of Willmar does ordain as follows:

SECTION 1. AMENDMENT OF WASTE TREATMENT PLANT RATE SCHEDULE SECTION 2.

2. User Charge (Basic Metered Rate)

The user charge is based on water usage.

SECTION 2. AMENDMENT OF WASTE TREATMENT PLANT RATE SCHEDULE SECTION 3. SECTION 3 OF THE RATE SCHEDULE IS AMENDED AS FOLLOWS:

a) The debt service charge for users that are not significant industrial users is based on water meter size.

SECTION 3. AMENDMENT OF WASTE TREATMENT PLANT RATE SCHEDULE SECTION 5. SECTION 5 OF THE RATE SCHEDULE IS AMENDED AS FOLLOWS:

Rate for those customers whose separate, individual flow is not metered or measured and must be estimated, and is determined by using a numerical representative average for the type of user of customer.

This Ordinance shall be effective after its adoption and second publication for all statements sent on or after April 1, 2006.
