WILLMAR -- A 20-year-old man was arrested Wednesday night after Willmar Police received a call that people were keeping bass and northern pike caught in Foot Lake. The man faces charges of keeping fish out of season.

ATWATER -- A grass fire was reported Wednesday night near the railroad tracks in the 500 block of Atlantic Avenue in Atwater.
