WILLMAR -- Jarrett Zachary Galvin, 20, of Owatonna, was sentenced Thursday to 45 days in jail, five years of probation and a $1,500 fine on two felony drug sale charges for his role in selling LSD-laced candy, narcotic pills and marijuana to a confidential informant and a CEE-VI Drug Task Force agent.
Galvin was ordered to serve 30 days in jail, beginning Oct. 1. He was also ordered to serve 15 days in jail, beginning Oct. 1, 2011. The second jail term can be deferred if he is in full compliance with his probation.
The sentence was handed down in Kandiyohi County District Court by Judge Kathryn N. Smith. As part of a plea agreement, six additional drug sale charges were dismissed.
Galvin is one of three men charged in connection with the alleged sales in October, November and March.
L.W. Rashawn Frost, 21, of Savage, faces two fifth-degree drug sale charges. His next court appearance is today, and a jury trial is scheduled Thursday.

Anthony Carl Brouillette, 21, of St. Michael, is charged with two second-degree, four fourth-degree and one fifth-degree drug sale charges. His next appearance is Sept. 27.
According to the complaint, a drug task force in-formant met Frost on Oct. 9 at a street corner in Willmar. The informant said he had previously bought marijuana from Frost.
From there, the men entered a home. Frost then introduced the informant to Galvin, who sold him 3.8 grams of marijuana.
The informant also purchased 8.9 grams of marijuana from Galvin on Oct. 13 at a First Street business and the agent allegedly bought 7.4 grams of marijuana from him Oct. 22 at the same location.
The agent also arranged the purchase of five LSD candy drops with Galvin. Those drugs were purchased Nov. 3 from Brouillette at another First Street business. The drops, which weighed 13.525 grams, were sent to the state Bureau of Criminal Apprehension for analysis and tested positive for LSD, a Schedule I narcotic. On the same day, the agent also allegedly purchased 20 Adderall pills from Brouillette.
According to the complaint against Brouillette, the agent also purchased three Adderall pills and 33.4 grams of marijuana from him on March 4 in Willmar.
