Paul R. 'Dick' Kallhoff

WILLMAR -- Paul Richard "Dick" Kallhoff, 70, of Willmar died Monday at the Presbyterian Family Home in Willmar.
The service will be at 10:30 a.m. today at St. Michael's Catholic Church in Madison. Burial will be at the church cemetery.
He was born Feb. 25, 1937, in Clearwater, Neb., to Paul and Kathryn (Venteicher) Kallhoff. They moved to Pipestone where he attended country school for one year. They moved to Madison, and he attended St. Michael's from first through sixth grade. He helped on the family farm.

He moved on Oct. 1, 1974, to Alexander House in Willmar. His brother, Michael, assumed legal guardianship on Dec. 4, 1981. He began working at West Central Industries. In June of 1998, he moved into the Adult Foster Care. In 1999, he began the work/senior program at Kandiworks in Atwater. He had a wound on his heel and decided to retire in August 2003.
He is survived by his siblings: Genevieve (and Wilfred) Adelman of Ortonville, Robert (and June) Kallhoff of Gary, S.D., Leander Kallhoff of Marietta, Sr. Catherine Ann of St. Cloud, Wilma Schreck of Appleton, Dean (and Monica) Kallhoff of Marietta, David (and Diane) Kallhoff of Beaver Crossing, Neb., Dorothy (and Gerald) Adelman of Bellingham, and Michael (and Cheryl) Kallhoff of Marietta.
He was preceded in death by two brothers and infant twin brother and sister.
