Firefighters and other emergency personnel respond Monday night to smoke at Chappell Central Inc. on the corner of Minnesota Highway 40 and Trott Avenue Southwest in Willmar. No one was working at the heating, ventilation and cooling business’ building when a cleaning crew arrived and opened a door, according first responders at the scene. Smoke poured from the open door. Responding to incident were members of Willmar and Pennock fire departments, Willmar Police and Ambulance. No additional information was available at press time.
