ST. CLOUD, Minn. (AP) - Police announced two more arrests Sunday in the shooting death of a St. Cloud woman.

St. Cloud police arrested a 24-year-old St. Cloud man on suspicion of second-degree murder early Sunday. He was the seventh person arrested for their alleged roles in the death of Tiara Jo Martell-Dingmann, 23.

An eighth person was taken into custody during a search that led to the 24-year-old's arrest. He was booked for disorderly conduct and released.

Martell-Dingmann was shot early Friday while attending a party at an apartment building near St. Cloud State University. The shot was fired into the building during an altercation outside, and police said they didn't think she was the intended target.

Police arrested three adult and three juvenile suspects Friday. One of them was also being held on suspicion of second-degree murder, while the five others were being held as accomplices.
