SPICER — The Kandiyohi County Public Works Department will be reducing traffic to one lane Wednesday on County Road 10/Lake Avenue South in Spicer, approximately 550 feet west of County Road 8.
The lane reduction is expected to last three to four days, depending on weather, while crews replace a culvert.
