Redwood Valley and Marshall won twice each on the first day of the Section 3AA-West baseball tournament and will square off in the winner's bracket at 5 p.m. today in Granite Falls.
Redwood Valley topped BOLD 6-4 in the first round and then routed Yellow Medicine East 24-8 in the second round. Marshall rolled past Lac qui Parle Valley 11-3 in the opening round and thwarted Montevideo 10-3 in the second game.
BOLD and Montevideo meet in the elimination bracket at 5 p.m. today in Montevideo. Lac qui Parle Valley and Yellow Medicine East play at 7 p.m.
