ST. JOSEPH -- Nick Jansen of Foley edged Matt Hagestuen of Benson/KMS to lift Foley to the Section 6A boys tennis title Tuesday.
Jansen won the 3-singles match, 6-4, 6-3. Benson/KMS (14-4) led 3-2 with two matches left, but Foley picked up the last two points.
Benson/KMS' doubles teams picked up two points, with Will Johnson-Luke Widseth at 1-doubles won 6-1, 6-0 and Mike Goulet-Brandon Edlund won at 3-doubles, 6-3, 6-4.
Ethan Ratliff-Crain captured the other BKMS point at 4-singles.
