Benson/KMS blanked St. John's Prep 7-0 and New London-Spicer fell to Long Prairie-Grey Eagle 4-3 in the Section 6A tennis quarterfinals on Thursday.

In the semifinals today, St. Cloud Cathedral plays at Foley and Long Prairie-Grey Eagle is at Benson/KMS.

LPGE 4, NLS 3

Winning all three doubles matches wasn't enough for NLS as LPGE took the four singles matches in straight sets.

Bjorn Oswald and Alex Springman won their 3-doubles match in the only three-set match of the day, 6-2, 5-7, 7-6 (7-5).
