Prinsburg man injured in tractor crash east of Willmar

Jerome Dallas Warne, 38, of Prinsburg, suffered non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to Carris Health-Rice Memorial Hospital in Willmar by Centra Care Ambulance.

KANDIYOHI TOWNSHIP — A Prinsburg man was injured in a tractor crash Tuesday morning on U.S. Highway 12 near 45th Street Southeast east of Willmar, according to the Minnesota State Patrol.

According to the State Patrol, Jerome Dallas Warne, 38, was traveling eastbound on Highway 12 in a 2000 TerraGator Sprayer when the vehicle had an equipment failure, causing it to roll.

Warne suffered non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to Carris Health-Rice Memorial Hospital in Willmar by Centra Care Ambulance.

Warne was not wearing a seatbelt and road conditions were wet, according to the State Patrol.

Alcohol is not listed as a factor in the State Patrol’s report.

The Kandiyohi County Sheriff’s Office and Kandiyohi Fire and Rescue also responded to the incident in Kandiyohi Township.
