WILLMAR -- A five-year old child was injured Saturday morning after reportedly falling from a second-story window and landing on a concrete stairway.

WILLMAR –– A five-year old child was injured Saturday morning after reportedly falling from a second-story window and landing on a concrete stairway.

The child fell 12-15 feet and suffered pain in the back and head, according to a preliminary police report.

The incident was reported at 11:05 a.m. in the 3000 block of North Eagle Road.

The child was taken to Rice Memorial Hospital.

The report indicates that foul play is not suspected in the case.
