GLENWOOD -- Raymond Mattson, 66, of Glenwood died Saturday at Glacial Ridge Hospital in Glenwood.
The service is at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Glenwood Lutheran Church. Burial will be in the church cemetery at a later date.
Visitation is from 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Hoplin-Hitchcock Funeral Home in Glenwood and at the church Wednesday for one hour before the service.

He was born Feb. 14, 1940, in Glenwood to Herman P. and Mildred (Mattson) Moe.
His mother died when he was born and his father was killed in World War II. From birth he was raised by his uncle and aunt, Clarence and Evelyn Moe, changing his last name to Mattson when he was a senior in high school.
He grew up in Glenwood, attended public school and later attended St. Cloud State University. On Sept. 7, 1963, he married Jean Goodall in Glenwood.
They made their home in Glenwood, where he was employed with his father as an electrician for Glenwood Electric and later at Glacial Ridge Health System in plant operations. He retired in 2003 due to health reasons.
He was a longtime active volunteer with the Glenwood Waterama, starting in high school when he pulled the float.
He later served on the queen's committee and parade committee, served as the Waterama's 25th admiral in 1980, and launched the Waterama car show.
He also was a 20-year member of the Glenwood Fire Department, worked with the lights and sound system for Glenwood Lutheran Church, was a past Sunday School superintendent, and a member of the Minnesota Street Rod Association, the Buick Club of America and the Osakis Car Club. He also was the honorary chairman for the 2006 Relay for Life.
He is survived by his wife; two daughters: Samantha (and Tom) Gulon of Detroit Lakes and Jennifer (and Bob) Wegner of Alexandria; two grandchildren; three brothers: Jack Moe of Highland, Calif., Richard (and Kathy) Moe of Ridgecrest, Calif., Lloyd Mattson of Palm Springs, Calif.; and other relatives.
