Reading for dogs

Trissa Person, 7, reads to her little sister Jocelyn Brincefield, 4, left, and a 9-year-old black Lab therapy dog who came to the Book Buddy Summer Reading Program Wednesday at the Willmar Public Library with handler Margaret Lanning. Children can read to gentle dogs, and perhaps a cat, each Wednesday morning through July 25. Call to register at 320-235-3162.
