* Emmanuel Briones, 25, of Willmar was arraigned Monday on two felony charges of third-degree criminal sexual conduct and fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct in connection with an incident on July 15 at a Willmar residence.
Judge Donald Spilseth set bond at $10,000 and cash bail at $10,000 and ordered the defendant to have no contact with the alleged victim or with any young women under age 18 without supervision.
Willmar police learned of the incident when the two victims, both 15, were brought to a medical clinic by their parents/guardians on the evening of July 15. The girls had run away the previous day.
The girls told an investigator they had gone to a house on Olena Avenue to hang out. At some point during the evening, one of them allegedly went into one of the bedrooms and had sex with Augustine Sanchez, 19, of Willmar. Sanchez also appeared in court on Monday on similar charges stemming from the same incident.
The other girl also allegedly had sex with a suspect who was later identified as Sanchez's cousin, Emmanuel Briones.
The girls told Willmar police they stayed at the house until 6:30 a.m. the next day, when Briones walked them home. They later identified both men in a photo lineup.
