District Court, Kandiyohi County

A Willmar man pleaded guilty to one count of receiving stolen property Tuesday on charges he held stolen items at his home.

According to the criminal complaint, Mark Allen Lenz, 20, held certain items stolen from Town and Country Tire, Hanson Tire and Phillips Recycling, which had all been broken into by others. The two tire stores had been broken into in September 2004 and the recycling business was broken into in January 2005.

Lenz had allegedly held some guns and a radio stolen from the businesses in a shed at his home, the complaint says.
