- A Willmar man was arraigned Monday on charges he sold methamphetamine to someone working for the CEE-VI Drug Task Force.
According to the criminal complaint, Travis Dean Ryks, 21, sold 1.3 grams of methamphetamine to an informant working for the CEE-VI Drug Task Force on Sept. 27.
The complaint says the informant set up the buy with Ryks and another man at the Super America in Willmar. The informant gave the men $300 for the methamphetamine and then the men left. They returned to Willmar three hours later with 1.3 grams of methamphetamine which they gave to the informant, the compliant says.
Ryks faces one count of third-degree controlled substance crime and one count of third-degree controlled substance crime - conspiracy.

Monday, his unconditional bail was set at $50,000 and his conditional bail was set at $25,000.
- A New London man pleaded guilty Tuesday to one count of fifth-degree controlled substance crime and one count of failure to provide proof of insurance.
According to the criminal complaint, Barry Mark Lemire Jr., 34, was pulled over in New London by a Kandiyohi County Sheriff's deputy on June 19 after the deputy realized Lemire's license was suspended.
In a search of Lemire's person, the deputy found a drug pipe and an "Altoid's" box with two bags of methamphetamine weighing 2.2 and 1.7 grams. In the vehicle, the deputy found two grams of marijuana and a pipe used for snorting drugs.
One count of possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle, one count of driving after suspension and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia - prohibited were dismissed as part of his plea Tuesday. The fifth-degree controlled substance crime had been amended from third-degree.
He will be sentenced on Jan. 18.
Former Spicer man commits suicide after accidents
ST. CLOUD (AP) -- A St. Cloud man apparently killed himself after being involved in a series of traffic crashes, authorities said.

Police said Andrew Leason, 23, formerly of Spicer, was driving the wrong way on University Drive last night when he had three collisions.
Leason went off the road and stopped. Witnesses told police they heard a popping sound and found Leason dead of an apparent gunshot wound to the head.
Police on Tuesday were waiting for results from an autopsy and toxicology tests.
Funeral arrangements are pending with Johnson Funeral Home in New London.
