Assault
WILLMAR -- An assault was reported around 12:30 p.m. Friday from the 1300 block of 22nd Street Southwest. A New London man reported a Spicer man hitting him in the face. According to the incident report, Kandiyohi County law enforcement arrested the suspect for assault and disorderly conduct.
Theft
WILLMAR -- The theft of a wallet was reported around 1:15 p.m. Saturday from the Super Wal-Mart, 700 19th Ave. S.E. The caller reported her wallet had $120 cash inside it.
WILLMAR -- A jacket with car keys inside was reported stolen around 1 p.m. Saturday from Kandi Mall, 1605 First St. S. The caller reported a green St. John Bay jacket stolen sometime between 7:30 and 8 a.m. Saturday. The incident report indicated that her keys, which included a remote for a Jeep Grand Cherokee, were in one of the jacket's pockets.

Burglary
WILLMAR -- A burglary was reported around 11 a.m. Saturday from an apartment complex on the 2600 block of 15th Avenue Northwest. According to the incident report, the burglary happened sometime the previous night and several things were missing, including a 15-inch LCD television, an RCA five-disk DVD player, two PlayStation Portable handheld game consoles and about 25 PSP video games. Burglary, criminal damage to property, and theft were the cited crimes in the incident report.
Fire calls
WILLMAR -- A chimney fire was reported around 10 a.m. Saturday from the 6700 block of 71st Avenue Southeast. According to the incident report, a tanker was requested from the Lake Lillian Fire Department.
