WILLMAR - Damage to a fence was reported around 4:20 p.m. Thursday along the 500 block of First Street South.
Arrests
WILLMAR - A 35-year-old man was arrested for violating a harassment restraining order around 5:45 p.m. Thursday along the 900 block of 20th Avenue Southeast.
WILLMAR - A 27-year-old man was arrested on drug possession charges around 7:30 p.m. Thursday near the intersection of Second Street and Becker Avenue Southeast.
WILLMAR - A 28-year-old man was arrested on charges of fifth-degree and domestic assault around 10:20 p.m. Thursday along the 800 block of Fifth Street Southeast.
