Theft
WILLMAR -- A gas drive-off was reported around 10:15 a.m. Friday from Sun-Ray Express, 3001 First Ave. N.W. The caller reported the driver of a blue 1994 Toyota Camry filled up with $15.01 worth of gas and drove off.
WILLMAR -- Gas theft was reported around 11:30 a.m. Friday from the intersection of 13th Street Southwest and Becker Avenue Southwest. The caller indicated that a full tank of fuel in his white 1991 GMC Sierra work truck was siphoned out after he filled it up. The fuel was worth $73.47.
WILLMAR -- A gas drive-off was reported around 1:45 p.m. Friday from Little Dukes, 1300 Fifth St. S.E. The caller reported the driver of a 1994 Mazda 626 filled up with $15.02 worth of gas and drove off.
WILLMAR -- Motor-vehicle theft was reported around 4:15 p.m. Friday from the 1100 block of 39th Street Northwest. The female caller indicated that her brother took off in her car and she wanted to report it stolen. The vehicle is a gold 1999 Ford Taurus.

WILLMAR -- Shoplifting was reported around 5:45 p.m. Friday from the Wal-Mart Supercenter, 700 19th Ave. S.E. A 35-year-old Willmar woman was arrested for the offense and released. She will be arraigned for theft by shoplifting.
BLOMKEST -- Theft of iron legs was reported around 1:30 p.m. Saturday from the 12500 block of Highway 71 South. According to the incident report, footprints were found at the scene of the crime.
BELGRADE -- Theft of two dogs was reported around 6 p.m. Saturday from the 25000 block of 145th Street Northeast. The caller indicated that someone broke into the residence sometime between 3 and 5 p.m. and stole a chihuahua and a chihuahua mix.
SPICER -- Theft of paperwork for credit cards and a car title was reported around 6 p.m. Saturday from an apartment complex on the 200 block of Hillcrest Avenue.
Graffiti
WILLMAR -- Graffiti was reported around 1 p.m. Friday from the 200 block of Eighth Street Southwest. The caller informed authorities that the north side of the Oak Grove Cooling building was tagged in black paint.
WILLMAR -- Graffiti was reported around 1:30 p.m. Friday from the intersection of Eighth Street Southwest and Benson Avenue Southwest.
WILLMAR -- Graffiti on a stop sign was reported around 1:30 p.m. Friday from the intersection of Eighth Street Southwest and Pacific Avenue Southwest.

WILLMAR -- Graffiti on a utility box was reported around 1 p.m. Friday from the intersection of Olaf Avenue Southwest and Ninth Street Southwest. The caller indicated there was graffiti on a white building east of the Kandiyohi County Fairgrounds.
WILLMAR -- Graffiti on a trailer was reported around 10:45 a.m. Saturday from the intersection of 10th Street Southwest and Benson Avenue Southwest. The caller indicated there was graffiti on the rear doors of a trailer parked near the intersection.
WILLMAR -- Graffiti on two utility boxes was reported around 10:30 a.m. Saturday from the intersection of Eighth Street Southwest and Benson Avenue Southwest. The caller reported that the tagged utility boxes were on the southeast corner of the intersection.
WILLMAR -- Graffiti was reported around 9:45 a.m. Saturday from Willmar Electric Service, 320 Becker Ave. S.W. A patrol officer reported there was graffiti on a side of the Willmar Electric Service building.
WILLMAR -- Graffiti was reported around 9:45 a.m. Saturday from the Barn Theatre, 321 Fourth St. S.W. The caller indicated there was graffiti on the exterior of the Barn Theatre as well as businesses neighboring the theater.
WILLMAR -- Graffiti on street signs was reported around 11:15 a.m. Saturday from the intersection of Pacific Avenue South and Sixth Street. The caller reported that graffiti was on two "No Parking" signs at the intersection.
WILLMAR -- Graffiti on a utility box was reported around 3:15 p.m. Saturday from the intersection of Ninth Street Southeast and Willmar Avenue Southeast.
Assault

WILLMAR -- An assault was reported around 12:45 p.m. Friday from an apartment complex on the 1300 block of 24th Street Northwest. The caller reported that he was assaulted Sept. 3 by another man at the apartment complex.
Criminal damage to property
ATWATER -- Criminal damage to property was reported around 1:45 a.m. Saturday from Island Pines Golf Course, 1601 Wyoming Ave. W. The caller indicated they were checking the building when they noticed markings on the clubhouse entrance door. No one entered the building, the caller reported, but it appeared someone tried to break in.
WILLMAR -- Mailbox damage was reported around 9 a.m. Sunday from the 7900 block of 15th Street Northwest. The caller indicated that his mailbox, along with his parents' mailbox on the same block, was destroyed.
Burglary
WILLMAR -- Burglary in progress was reported around 2 p.m. Sunday from an apartment complex on the 100 block of Gay Street Southeast. The caller said his neighbor's door was kicked in and somebody was still in the residence. After the incident, the damaged door was valued at $200.
