WILLMAR -- A 17-year-old Olivia boy was cited under the city's graffiti ordinance around 12:15 p.m. Wednesday at the Kandi Mall, 1605 First St. S.
WILLMAR -- Graffiti was reported around 8:30 p.m. Wednesday along the 200 block of Fifth Street Southwest.
Arrests
WILLMAR -- A 23-year-old Willmar woman was arrested for driving while impaired around 2 a.m. Thursday along the Highway 23 Frontage Road. The arrest came after an officer responded to a call about a vehicle in the ditch.

SPICER -- Two 19-year-old men were arrested for driving while impaired around 3 a.m. Thursday along Highway 23 near 71st Street. In addition, a 20-year-old Willmar woman was cited for underage consumption. The arrests and citation came after an officer was responding to a report that there was a vehicle in the ditch. The second driver was attempting to pull the first vehicle out of the ditch.
Financial card fraud
WILLMAR -- Unauthorized purchases were reported around 6 p.m. Wednesday along the 800 block of Fourth Street Southwest.
NEW LONDON -- Unauthorized charges on a debit card were reported around 8:30 a.m. Thursday along the 16000 block of Golf View Drive.
