Assault reported in Granite Falls
GRANITE FALLS -- A 13-year-old female reported she was assaulted around 7:30 p.m. Monday near the city's school.
According to city Police Chief Russ Blue, the girl said she was assaulted by two people wearing ski masks, who took one of her shoes and her jacket. She was unable to give any identifying information. The girl was not injured.
The police department is investigating.
Motor vehicla theft

ATWATER -- The theft of a snowmobile was reported around 8:30 a.m. Thursday along the 14500 block of 90th Avenue Southeast. A 2002 Polaris sled was missing from a building. The snowmobile was valued at $3,500.
Theft
WILLMAR -- The theft of a 32-inch flat-screen television was reported around 10:40 a.m. Wednesday along the 1200 block of Sixth Street Southwest. The television was valued at $700.
WILLMAR -- A case of theft was reported around 9 p.m. Wednesday at the Super 8, 2655 First St. S. A pizza delivery person had not been paid the full amount for a pizza and a 39-year-old Willmar man was cited for theft, in the amount of $13.25.
WILLMAR -- The theft of a purse was reported around 10 p.m. Wednesday at Grizzly's, 2207 First St. S. The purse was recovered in the establishment's restroom, but a wallet, phone, keys and other items it contained were missing.
SPICER -- The theft of fishing gear was reported around 10:15 p.m. Wednesday at a fish house on Green Lake.
WILLMAR -- Theft by debit card was reported around 4 p.m. Wednesday along the 1300 block of Sixth Street Southwest.
Fraud

WILLMAR -- A counterfeit $100 bill was reported around 11 a.m. Thursday at Lake Region Bank, 1690 First St. S. The bill had come from a local business.
