Arrests
BROOTEN -- Fifteen people received citations for underage drinking at a party Friday night in rural Brooten.
The Stearns County Sheriff's Office and Belgrade Police Department responded to the home, on Brutanza Drive just south of Brooten, after receiving a complaint of a loud party.
Eight of the people who were cited were between 18 and 20 years old. Tickets also were issued to seven youths who were under age 18.

WILLMAR -- A tire iron was thrown through a window early Monday morning at a home on East Eagle Ridge Drive.
The homeowner reported the incident to Willmar Police at 2:30 a.m. A vehicle was seen driving away from the scene.
