Three cited after harassing wait staff
WILLMAR -- Three females were cited for underage consumption of alcohol after they and four companions harassed the wait staff at the Perkins Restaurant in Willmar at 3:19 a.m. Friday.
Juveniles involved in weapon's complaint
WILLMAR -- Police responded to a weapon complaint involving two juvenile males in an incident on the 800 block of Fifth Street Southeast in Willmar at 9:20 p.m. on Thursday. The boys were released to the custody of their parents.

WILLMAR -- Video surveillance cameras captured the images of five juvenile suspects who painted graffiti Friday on the sidewalks outside the Washington Elementary School, 325 Southwest Willmar Avenue, at 2:32 a.m.
Vandalism
RAYMOND -- Someone kicked in the back door of the Raymond-Prinsburg newspaper office in Raymond, it was discovered Friday morning. It did not appear that anything was taken from inside the building.
Stolen vehicle recovered
WILLMAR -- Police officers in Willmar recovered a stolen Trailblazer and believe a 21-year old female suspect is responsible. The vehicle was reported stolen by authorities in Granite Falls and was recovered near the intersection of Park Avenue Northwest and Seventh Street in Willmar on Thursday evening.
Fugitive caught in Litchfield
LITCHFIELD -- A wanted fugitive was apprehended in Litchfield, the Police Department reported on Friday.
The police department assisted agents from the Department of Corrections State Fugitive Task Force in capturing Victor Manuel Diaz in a Litchfield residence. He was wanted for parole violations in Ramsey County.

Two adult females were also arrested during his apprehension and formal charges of aiding an offender are expected to be field against them, the police department reported.
