Underage party
KANDIYOHI -- Eleven people were cited for underage consumption at 2 a.m. Sunday at a party in the 500 block of North Atlantic Avenue in Kandiyohi. One adult at the party was taken to a detoxification facility.
Theft
WILLMAR -- The theft of a 19-inch plasma TV was reported just before midnight Friday in the 400 block of Litchfield Avenue Southeast.
KANDIYOHI -- A Kandiyohi man reported Sunday morning that his wallet and keys had been stolen from his home.

SPICER -- The theft of gas from a boat was reported at noon Sunday at County Park 5 on Green Lake. The gas was worth approximately $75.
SPICER -- A Spicer man reported that a tackle box and fishing nets had been stolen from his boat in the 13000 block of 44th Street Northeast. The theft was reported Sunday afternoon.
Property damage
WILLMAR -- The passenger window was reported broken out of a vehicle parked in the 500 block of Lakeland Drive Southeast. The damage was reported at 3 a.m. Saturday.
WILLMAR -- An apartment window was broken at midnight Saturday in the 400 block of Lakeland Avenue Southeast.
Arrests
WILLMAR -- A 28-year-old Willmar man was arrested after a traffic stop shortly after midnight Sunday morning at state Highway 23 and County Road 127. He was arrested for fourth-degree driving while impaired and testing .20 within two hours of driving.
WILLMAR -- A 47-year-old Willmar man was arrested shortly after midnight Sunday morning at Business 71 and Civic Center Drive in Willmar. He was arrested for third-degree driving while impaired - refusal to test and fourth-degree driving while impaired.

WILLMAR -- Two Willmar men were arrested late Sunday after a fight in the parking lot at the Double D Club, 1300 Lakeland Dr. S.E. The men, one 49 and one 24, were arrested for disorderly conduct.
SPICER -- A 36-year-old Detroit lakes man was arrested for indecent exposure shortly after midnight Monday morning. An officer had witnessed the man urinating in public.
WILLMAR -- A man and woman from Lake Lillian were arrested early Monday morning after a traffic stop in Willmar. The 31-year-old woman was charged with fifth-degree controlled substance possession and speeding. The 37-year-old man was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and no insurance.
Fire
PRINSBURG -- The Prinsburg Fire Department was paged to a report of round bales on fire Saturday afternoon near a home in the 7800 block of Kandi-Renville Line Road. The Raymond, Renville and Danube fire departments were paged to provide mutual aid. Firefighters were on the scene for several hours.
