Vehicle pursuit
WILLMAR — A 41-year-old Willmar man was arrested for violation of a domestic-abuse-no-contact order and fleeing in a motor vehicle, after leading law enforcement in a short pursuit Thursday morning.
The Willmar Police Department originally responded to a call around 10:10 a.m. at a residence on the 1500 block of Becker Avenue Southeast, where the man was parked in the driveway.
According to a news release, he attempted to flee the scene in his vehicle and police deployed stop sticks and punctured two of his tires.
After a short pursuit, the vehicle came to a stop and the man was arrested without incident.
Arrest
WILLMAR — Law enforcement arrested four people after executing a search warrant around 6:50 a.m. Thursday on the 3900 block of 15th Avenue Southeast.

A 32-year-old man, a 26-year-old man, a 27-year-old woman and an 18-year-old man were arrested by members of the Willmar Police Department, the Kandiyohi Sheriff’s Office and the CEE-VI Drug Task Force.
The 32-year-old man was reported to be arrested again around 1:10 p.m. at the same address during a secondary warrant execution.

WILLMAR — A domestic abuse report was taken by law enforcement around 9:50 p.m. Wednesday on the 2600 block of First Street.
Theft
ATWATER — Tires were reported stolen off a vehicle around 8:30 a.m. Thursday on the 100 block of Pleasant Avenue West.
Criminal damage to property
WILLMAR — A front windshield was reported smashed around 6:15 p.m. Wednesday on the 1100 block of Fifth Street Southwest.
Graffiti
WILLMAR — Graffiti on a building was reported around 9:45 a.m. Thursday on the 100 block of 30th Street Northwest.
Fraud
SPICER — Around 3:40 p.m. Thursday on the 11000 block of 42nd Street Northeast, a person reported to law enforcement receiving extortion emails.
