WILLMAR — A 34-year-old man was arrested for driving while impaired around 9:30 p.m. Thursday on the 400 block of 12th Street Northwest.

WILLMAR — A 20-year-old man was arrested on three outstanding warrants around 8:55 p.m. Thursday on the 400 block of First Street South.

WILLMAR — Damage to property was reported around 6 p.m. Thursday on the 1400 block of U.S. Highway 12 Northwest.

WILLMAR — Law enforcement responded to a report around 9:50 p.m. that someone tried to ram a gate that was chained shut on the 1200 block of 22nd Street Southwest.

WILLMAR — Someone reported around 4:30 p.m. Thursday that their car had been broken into the night before on the 700 block of Fifth Street Southeast and a wallet was taken.

WILLMAR — Law enforcement responded to an incident around 9:30 a.m. Friday of an intoxicated woman who wanted to drive away with her children on the 700 block of Ninth Street Southwest.

According to the report, officers told her that if she drove, she would be arrested. The woman then had a sober party pick up her and her children.

WILLMAR — Law enforcement responded to a social distancing complaint around 7 p.m. Thursday on the 1400 block of 13th Street Southwest.

According to the report, about 12 men were playing basketball at the park and were not pleased when told about the social distancing rules.

Some did not want to leave until they were told of possible fines.
