Warrant arrest

WILLMAR — A 29-year-old man was arrested on a warrant around 7:19 p.m. Wednesday following a traffic stop on the 900 block on Highway 71 Northeast.


WILLMAR — A man was cited for theft around 7:28 p.m. Wednesday on the 3300 block of First Street South.

WILLMAR — A phone was reported stolen around 5:14 p.m. Wednesday on the 1300 block of Fifth Street Southeast.

Criminal damage to property

WILLMAR — Damage to a house was reported around 3:34 p.m. Thursday on the 200 block of Fifth Street Northwest.

WILLMAR — Property damage was reported around 6:46 a.m. Thursday on the 200 block of Willmar Avenue Southeast.


WILLMAR — A Trump campaign sign was reported as damaged around 10:22 a.m. Thursday on the 800 block of Fifth Street Southwest.

According to the report, the sign was painted with gray paint over a week ago and the caller had received a new sign.

The caller also handed over to law enforcement a paint brush with gray paint on it that appeared to have been left behind.
