Hand gun found

WILLMAR — A Willmar woman reported late Friday that she had found a handgun in a bag of wet blankets she had left outside her apartment in the 1400 block of Fifth Street Southwest. She found the gun when she went to dry the blankets. She contacted law enforcement to turn it in.


WILLMAR — A Bobcat was reported stolen from outside a building in the 1400 block of First Street South. The theft was reported Saturday afternoon.

Graffiti reports

WILLMAR — Graffiti was discovered early Sunday on several buildings in downtown Willmar.

The reports included three buildings in the 300 block of Fourth Street Southwest, one in the 400 block of Fifth Street Southwest and one in the 200 block of Fifth Street Southwest. The back of the Barn Theater at 414 Becker Ave. S.W. was also defaced.
