Willmar man injured in Spicer snowmobile mishap
SPICER - A 54-year-old Willmar man was injured when his snowmobile struck a chain link fence in Spicer at 2:54 p.m. Wednesday.
The Kandiyohi County Sheriff's Office reported that the man lost control of his snowmobile and hit an embankment, causing it to go airborne and strike the fence near Minnesota Highway 23 and South Street.
He was transported by the New London Ambulance to Rice Memorial Hospital for non-life-threatening injuries.
