Pedestrian injured in Willmar crash
WILLMAR - A Willmar woman was injured Thursday morning when she was struck by a pickup while walking across a street.
The incident was reported at 6:46 a.m. in the area of Ninth Street and Litchfield Avenue Southwest.
The pedestrian was identified as Tracie Leopold, 46, of Willmar.

According to a news release from Willmar Police Chief Jim Felt, Leopold was crossing the street mid-block in a non-crosswalk area when she was struck by a 2002 Ford pickup driven by Stephen Stein, 67, of Willmar, that was going east on Litchfield Avenue Southwest.
Leopold was transported to Rice Memorial Hospital in Willmar with non-life-threatening injuries, according to the news release.
Felt said there are no pending charges against either person involved in the crash at this time.
The Willmar Police Department was assisted by the Willmar Ambulance Service.
Stolen truck
ATWATER - A truck was reported stolen from a work site in the 600 block of Pleasant Avenue East.
The initial report filed Thursday morning with the Kandiyohi County Sheriff's Office indicates a work vehicle was taken sometime between 5:30 p.m. Wednesday and 7 a.m. Thursday. The report said the truck had been unhooked from a 40-foot gooseneck trailer before it was stolen. The trailer was left behind.
Fish house warnings

WILLMAR - Law enforcement officers gave verbal warnings to two individuals Wednesday afternoon for having their fish houses too close to the aeration system on Foot Lake. The location of the structures was in violation of a county ordinance, according to the police report.
CCT bus in crash
WILLMAR - A Central Community Transit bus was involved in a two-vehicle crash Wednesday. The incident was reported at 8:41 p.m. on Fourth Street and Kandiyohi Avenue Southwest when the bus collided with a car. According to a preliminary report, there were no passengers on the bus at the time of the accident and there were no injuries.
