Search warrant arrests

WILLMAR — A 22-year-old man was arrested during a June 26 search warrant execution on the 400 block of Lakeland Drive Southeast, according to a news release from the CEE-VI Drug and Gang Task Force.

According to court records, the man was taken into custody after agents found 67 pills that later field tested positive for fentanyl. The pills were also marked as "M30."

Agents also located drug paraphernalia and $360, $120 of which were pre-recorded task force funds.

The man has been charged with felony third-degree drugs which carries a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison and/or a $250,000 fine.


WILLMAR — Multiple people were arrested Tuesday morning during a search warrant execution on the 700 block of Fourth Street Southeast.

According to the Kandiyohi County Sheriff's Office, a 42-year-old man, a 31-year-old man, a 27-year-old woman and a 16-year-old juvenile male were arrested during the search.

According to the charging documents, agents located drug paraphernalia, some of which tested positive for methamphetamine, 3.2 grams of marijuana and 3.9 grams of pills that tested positive for ecstasy.

The agents also found 52 pills marked as “M300,” which was identified as oxycodone hydrochloride in the charging documents. However, field testing was inconclusive.

A news release from the CEE-VI Drug and Gang Task Force about the search warrant mentions fentanyl but fentanyl is not mentioned in any of the charging documents the West Central Tribune viewed on Thursday..


WILLMAR — A 53-year-old man was arrested early Thursday morning for felony fifth-degree drug possession and gross misdemeanor third-degree driving while impaired — test refusal during a traffic stop on the 900 block of Seventh Street Northwest.

WILLMAR — A 43-year-old man was arrested for a warrant and drug charges Wednesday night during a traffic stop at the intersection of Highway 71 North and 13th Avenue Northeast.

WILLMAR — A 37-year-old woman was arrested on drug charges Wednesday evening on the 200 block of Becker Avenue Southeast.


As of Thursday afternoon, she was in custody in the Kandiyohi County Jail for a felony fifth-degree drug possession charge and a misdemeanor possession charge.


SPICER — A chainsaw was reported stolen Thursday afternoon from a yard on the 200 block of Lake Avenue South.
