WILLMAR — A black and white three-wheel bicycle with mirrors on both sides and baskets on the front and back was reported stolen Friday from the 1000 block of Campbell Avenue Northwest.

WILLMAR — A woman reported Friday that she was getting traffic tickets because her sister was using her name during traffic stops.
Arrest
SPICER — A 38-year-old man was arrested early Sunday for driving while impaired at state Highway 23 and South Street in Spicer.
