Stolen motor home on fire
DASSEL — A stolen motor home was destroyed in a fire early Saturday morning in Meeker County.
The incident was reported at 4:53 a.m. Saturday on 180th Street, east of County Road 14 in Ellsworth Township.
According to the Meeker County Sheriff’s Office, when deputies responded to a report of a fire, they discovered the motor home fully engulfed in flames. It was later discovered that the vehicle had been stolen earlier in the evening from the city of Darwin.
The Dassel Fire Department responded and extinguished the fire.

Accident
ELROSA — The driver of a semi was injured early Monday morning in a one-vehicle rollover accident in Stearns County.
The incident was reported at 4:19 a.m. Monday on U.S. Highway 71 at 320th Street near Elrosa.
According to the State Patrol, Larry Wilbur Nord, 74, of Edgerton, was driving a 2017 Freightliner Cascadia north on Highway 71 when the vehicle started to drift to the shoulder of the road. When Nord steered to bring the semi back to the lane, it rolled over and went into the ditch.
Nord, who was not wearing a seat belt, was taken to the Sauk Centre Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Road conditions were dry at the time of the accident and alcohol was not a factor in the crash, according to the State Patrol.
One arrested for stealing vehicle
WALNUT GROVE — One individual was arrested Saturday morning in Redwood County in connection with a vehicle that was stolen Friday in Brown County. The incident was reported at 11:30 a.m. when the Redwood County Sheriff’s Office recovered an occupied stolen vehicle on U.S. Highway 14 in rural Walnut Grove. Charges are pending.
