WILLMAR — Law enforcement officers arrested two 25-year-old men around 12:28 p.m. Monday following a foot pursuit after officers served warrants on the 1600 block of First Street South.
DWI arrest
SPICER — A 67-year-old woman was arrested for driving while impaired around 10:20 p.m. Sunday following a traffic stop at the intersection of Access Drive and South Street where the woman’s preliminary breath test was 0.191 percent. According to the report, blood test results are pending.

WILLMAR — A 21-year-old woman was arrested on a warrant around 10:08 a.m. Monday on the 2200 block of 23rd Street Northeast.

WILLMAR — A motor vehicle was reported stolen around 10:56 a.m. Monday on the 1900 block of 19th Avenue Southwest.
Phone stolen
BELGRADE — An iPhone was reported stolen around 11:07 p.m. Sunday from a residence on the 29000 block of 44th Street Northeast.
