Search warrant leads to two arrests
WILLMAR — A 39-year-old man and a 38-year-old woman were arrested around 8 a.m. Wednesday after law enforcement executed a search warrant for stolen property at a residence on the 800 block of Seventh Street Northwest.
Both were arrested on felony fifth-degree possession charges and for having methamphetamine paraphernalia in the presence of a child.
The man was also arrested for financial transaction card fraud.
According to law enforcement, the suspect listed in the search warrant was known to be violent so multiple members from the Willmar Police Depart, the Kandiyohi County Sheriff’s Office and the CEE-VI Drug Task Force assisted with the search warrant.
Warrant arrest
SPICER — A 38-year-old man was arrested on a warrant around 8 p.m. Tuesday on the 100 block of Fourth Avenue.

According to the report, the man initially attempted to flee out of a back of the residence but complied with commands upon request.
Pickup stolen
WILLMAR — A man reported his pickup truck stolen around 7:20 a.m. Wednesday on the 600 block of 15th Avenue Southwest.
According to the report, the white crew cab Ford F-150 was stolen sometime the night before.
