WILLMAR — A package that had been delivered to a home in the 5200 block of Lawler Beach Road was reported stolen at 9:20 a.m. Friday. Another package had been opened and an item removed from that container. Both packages contained children’s clothing.

WILLMAR — The theft of a catalytic converter was reported at 10:04 a.m. Friday in the 500 block of Industrial Drive Southwest.


WILLMAR — A 31-year-old man was arrested for theft and outstanding warrants at 8:36 a.m. Friday at Cub Foods, 2201 First St. S.

WILLMAR — A 35-year-old woman was arrested at 4:44 p.m. Friday in the 900 block of Fifth Street Southeast for obstructing the legal process and fleeing on foot.
