Thefts
SUNBURG - The wheels and tracks were stolen from an Argo all-terrain vehicle at a property on the 22000 block of 140th Street Northwest, Sunburg, its owner reported Saturday.
WILLMAR - A phone was stolen from a car parked in a garage on the 2000 block of 20th Street Southwest, its owner reported Friday.
WILLMAR - Numerous items were taken from a car parked on the 1400 block of Fifth Street Southwest, according to a report filed Saturday with the Willmar Police Department.
WILLMAR - A pair of sunglasses were taken from a vehicle parked at a residence on the 1100 block of 24th Street Northwest. The owner reported Sunday that two vehicles had been gone through.
Burglary
WILLMAR - A door was kicked in and a television stolen from a residence on the 900 block of 20th Avenue Southeast, the owner reported Sunday.
Rifles seized
WILLMAR - Two rifles were confiscated and a man taken into custody after Willmar Police found him sleeping behind the wheel of his vehicle on the 300 block of 24th Avenue Southwest in Willmar at 12:35 a.m. Sunday.
The vehicle was running and its light were on when office found the man sleeping behind the wheel while wearing a nylon mask. An AR-15 military style rifle was on the floor.
It and another firearm were taken for safe-keeping. Charges of third degree driving under influence, open bottle and an uncased firearm are pending.
Parties
WILLMAR - Complaints about loud noises and nuisance behaviors led officers to visit with hosts at two Halloween parties early Sunday.
Police received reports of issues at a party on the 1800 block of 13th Street Southeast at 1:43 a.m. and at the intersection of Becker Avenue Southwest and 11th Street Southwest at 1:15 a.m. Sunday.
