NEW LONDON — A mass array of tools was reported stolen Sunday afternoon from an address associated with Duininck Concrete on the 21000 block of Minnesota Highway 23 Northeast.

WILLMAR — A driver was cited for failing to yield at a stop sign Monday morning which caused a crash at the intersection of Litchfield Avenue and Second Street Southwest.
Theft
WILLMAR — A person reported four iPads and Apple watches were stolen Sunday afternoon from a Target located on the 2500 block of First Street South.
Trespass
WILLMAR — Two people were banned for a year Sunday afternoon from a Walmart located on the 700 block of 19th Avenue Southeast.
