WILLMAR — A 29-year-old man was arrested for fourth-degree driving while impaired early Sunday morning on the corner of Highway 71 and 37th Avenue Northeast.

SPICER — A 22-year-old man was arrested for fourth-degree DWI early Sunday morning on the corner of Highway 23 Northeast and North Shore Drive.

SPICER — A 28-year-old man was arrested for third-degree DWI early Sunday morning on the 9500 block of Highway 23 Northeast.

WILLMAR — A 37-year-old man was arrested on warrants following a Monday afternoon traffic stop on the corner of First Street South and 28th Avenue Southeast after an officer witnessed the man smoking marijuana.

WILLMAR — A forgery was reported Monday afternoon on the 300 block of Fourth Street Southwest.

WILLMAR — A theft of a phone was reported Monday afternoon on the 400 block of Litchfield Avenue Southwest.

WILLMAR — Multiple political signs for multiple candidates were reported stolen Sunday afternoon on the 1000 block of Ninth Street Southeast.

According to the report, the signs cost about $200 total.

The candidates were not mentioned in the report.

WILLMAR — A Ford Edge was reportedly damaged sometime Sunday night on the 1200 block of Trott Avenue Southwest.
