WILLMAR — A 28-year-old man was arrested on outstanding warrants Thursday evening on the 1400 block of Lakeland Drive Northeast.

According to the report, the man was also charged with felony fifth-degree drug possession and possession of a hypodermic needle.

NEW LONDON — A 31-year-old woman was arrested during a welfare check Friday morning on the 10 block of Cedar Street Southeast.

WILLMAR — A woman reported someone broke out the driver’s window of a vehicle Friday morning on the 1200 block of Lake Avenue Northwest.

NEW LONDON — Locks were reportedly cut on a storage building Thursday night on the 300 block of Redwood Street Southwest.
