WILLMAR - An individual in Willmar turned over to law enforcement a sign described as being from a fascist organization, according to the incident report made to Willmar police at 7:21 p.m. Sunday from the 1000 block of 19th Avenue Southwest. The sign was reported to state "protect your race."
